ICO reprimands Met Police over unlawful use of Auror retail crime platform
The ICO found Met officers uploaded personal data for 179 people, including three children, to Auror without procurement, data protection checks, DPIA or data sharing agreements. Access was blocked in 2024, then restored after checks.
