Microsoft 365 Shared Plans Will Cut Cloud Storage to 2TB Total per Account
Microsoft will replace the 1TB per-user storage allowance on Microsoft 365 Family, Premium, and Pro plans with a shared 2TB pool per account. The change takes effect on renewals after May 2, 2027, amid an industry-wide storage shortage.
