WindBorne Systems Wins US Air Force Contract Worth Up to $49 Million for Balloon Data
The U.S. Air Force will purchase atmospheric data collected by WindBorne Systems' fleet of about 700 autonomous weather balloons under a contract worth up to $49 million, the largest deal the Redwood City startup has participated in.
