Hetzner Raises Prices Across Cloud and Dedicated Servers

Hetzner Online has put a broad price adjustment into effect for new orders and for cloud instance rescales. The new rates apply from 15 June 2026 at 8:00 CEST, and the company notes that orders placed before that date but delivered afterwards will still be billed at the previous prices. All listed figures exclude VAT; a separate German price list shows the same rates including 19% VAT.

What the adjustment covers

The change spans both product lines: dedicated servers and cloud servers. Hetzner also warns that certain changes to servers still running on legacy pricing may trigger a switch to the current pricing, and links to a dedicated FAQ entry for those cases. The cloud list is published per region — Germany (Falkenstein and Nuremberg), Finland (Helsinki), the USA (Ashburn and Hillsboro) and Singapore — with old and new hourly and monthly rates side by side.

Cloud servers: the steepest increases

The dedicated-vCPU CCX line and the US regions see the largest jumps. In Germany and Finland, a CCX13 instance moves from €0.0256 per hour and €15.99 per month to €0.0689 and €42.99 — roughly 2.7 times the old rate — while CCX63 rises from €374.49 to €853.49 per month. Entry-level shared instances climb more gently: CX23 goes from €3.99 to €5.49 a month and the ARM-based CAX11 from €4.49 to €5.99. In the US locations, CPX11 rises from $5.99 to $17.49 a month and CCX13 from $19.99 to $50.99. Singapore follows the same pattern, with CPX12 at $17.99 instead of $9.49 and CCX13 at $63.49 instead of $32.49.

Dedicated servers, limited tiers and the auction

On the dedicated side, Hetzner published full monthly rates and setup fees, from AX42-1 at €97.30 per month with a €49 setup fee up to GEX131-3 at €2,297.30 per month with a €1,149 setup fee in Falkenstein and Helsinki. A limited-offerings tier, such as AX41-1-LTD at €57.30 per month with no setup fee, is offered only while servers bought at a significantly reduced procurement cost are available — which the company says can take several weeks and depends largely on cancellations. For cheaper older hardware, Hetzner again points customers to its server auction, where prices follow a Dutch-style auction.

The practical effect for existing customers is split: workloads that are already running stay as they are unless they are rescaled or otherwise changed in a way that moves them to current pricing, while anything ordered from mid-June onward is billed at the new rates.
