Anthropic Launches 'Reflect with Claude' — AI Usage Analytics Meets Mindful Productivity

Anthropic has released Reflect, a beta feature that lets Claude users track, visualize, and reflect on how they use AI for more mindful productivity.

Person reflecting with AI

On July 9, 2026, Anthropic launched Reflect — a new beta feature that lets Claude users track, visualize, and reflect on how they use AI. This tool addresses a common theme from user interviews: a desire to better understand how AI can be integrated into daily life effectively. Should we use AI more or less? When is it best suited to a task? And when should humans take over?

What Exactly Is Reflect?

Found in Settings on Claude for web or the desktop app, Reflect provides a summary of your Claude usage covering key topics, usage patterns, and task types. You can review your activity over the past 1, 3, 6, or 12 months. It shows when you use Claude most and what you spent time working on. Soon, it will also track how much time you've spent using Claude.

The 4D AI Fluency Framework

Reflect is built around the 4D AI Fluency Framework: Delegation (setting goals and deciding whether to engage with AI), Description (effectively describing goals to prompt useful AI behaviors), Discernment (accurately assessing AI outputs), and Diligence (taking responsibility for what we do with AI).

Privacy and Quiet Hours

You can set quiet hours or schedule a nudge to take a break after a certain amount of time using Claude. These are reminders of your own preferences that can be dismissed. Anthropic emphasizes privacy and sensitive topic handling.

What This Means for Georgian Users

For Georgian professionals and businesses new to AI, Reflect offers a structured way to build AI literacy. It helps understand when AI is most effective and when human judgment should prevail — crucial knowledge for any organization adopting AI.
