EliseAI raises $350M at a $4B valuation, doubling its worth in a year
EliseAI raised $350 million in a round co-led by Andreessen Horowitz and Bessemer Ventures. The deal doubles the housing and health care software company's valuation to $4 billion a year after its Series E.
EliseAI, a startup that automates administrative and operational work for housing and health care companies, said on September 29 that it raised $350 million at a $4 billion valuation, twice what it was worth when it closed its Series E round in August 2025.
The round
The funding was co-led by Andreessen Horowitz and Bessemer Ventures. Founded in 2017, EliseAI builds software that handles leasing, maintenance, renewals and other back-office tasks for property managers, along with patient-related paperwork for medical groups.
The company says its software is used in one of every six apartments in the United States, and that it passed $200 million in annual recurring revenue this summer. Its previous raise, a $250 million Series E in August 2025, valued the business at $2.2 billion.
An AI teammate called Apollo
Earlier in September, EliseAI launched Apollo, an AI "teammate" that works inside the company's platform. "It's built natively into the same platform that already runs leasing, maintenance and renewals," co-founder and CEO Minna Song told TechCrunch. "So it can act across every role on a property team."
On the health care side, the company automates paperwork for specialty physician groups, from the first inbound call through referrals, scheduling, insurance verification, chart preparation and follow-up. Song said the aim is that "nothing falls through the cracks".
Why housing and health care
Song said EliseAI targeted those two industries because they are two of the largest expenses for American households. The company has expanded in both markets since it was founded in 2017.
